Scheduled systems outage announcement

As a result of the Endeavour Mutual Bank and Sydney Mutual Bank merger, members are advised that from Friday 11th October at 4:30pm to Saturday afternoon 12th October, Endeavour will be performing a significant update to the banking system. During this time there will be a disruption to most of Endeavour Mutual Bank’s services.

During this period of time there will be no access to the following services:

  • Internet banking
  • The mobile app
  • Phone banking
  • Transferring between accounts
  • Making external payments, BPay, OSKO and PayID services
  • Checking account balances

It’s recommended that you perform any transactions before or after this period.

Card payments (paywave, ATM and Eftpos) will remain available during the upgrade however a $1,000 per day limit will apply.

Endeavour Mutual Bank's Call Centre will be open from 8:30am on Saturday until 11:30am. Our Merrylands and Revesby branches will be open until 12noon.

At the conclusion of the update, Endeavour members may notice some changes within internet banking which may include a variation to an account name or account reference.

The Endeavour mobile app will remain unchanged however some members may be prompted to update the app to a newer version (this is a quick process that will require your member number, internet banking password and mobile phone number - if you need assistance with any change, please don’t hesitate to get in contact).

Members will not have access to online statements during this period. Access to online statements should be restored by Monday 21st of October. If you require a copy of your transactions, please don’t hesitate to contact staff.

Once the update is complete, members will be able to access all of Endeavour Mutual Bank’s products and services from an additional 15 Sydney Mutual Bank branches.

Update:

12/10/19: The system update was completed and services were restored at approximately 12:30pm

Outstanding: On Monday 14 October 2019, members that use the Endeavour Apple and Android app will be required to update to the latest version 4.1.2. Apple app users will need to download a completely new app called "Endeavour Mutual Bank App" from the app store. The current Apple app will prompt you to do this and will direct you to the Apple App store to enable you to do so. Once downloaded, members will need to enter their member number, internet banking password and mobile phone number to register again. This process won't take long however if you need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact staff on 1300 13 14 20
