save money and the number of hangovers you have this party season

When the weather warms up so does our social life. The days are longer and the lure of the outdoors beckons us with its sunshine and mild evenings. From now until the end of the year your calendar is likely to fill up pretty quickly, with work Christmas parties, gatherings with buddies and family reunions.

Picnics in the park, days out at the beach, BBQs and parties into the night will all likely feature in your schedule and these experiences should be savoured and enjoyed.

But…. it is worth keeping in mind that an active social life can mean active spending. There’s drinks to buy (for yourself and for your buddies), snacks and meals out and about, new party outfits to invest in and of course Christmas gifts for colleagues and friends and flowers and bottles of wine to present to your dinner party hosts.

There are plenty of ways to have fun over the Summer months and catch up with everyone without getting into debt. Here are just a few simple tips to keep your spending in check and your hangovers to a minimum.

Hopefully these tips will see you having fun without too many headaches. What ever you get up to this party season, take care and have fun!
