As a result of a mobile app upgrade, some Mobile App users are currently unable to perform redraws on their loan accounts.

Endeavour Mutual Bank has rectified the issue however some affected members will be required to deregister their Endeavour Mobile App to re-enable redraw functionality.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

Steps to deregister and register your device:

1. Access the settings menu via the  button, located on the top left corner of the screen

2. Press "Deregister device" and follow the prompts

3. Click the deregister this device button

4. Register using your Member number, Internet Banking password and mobile phone number
