A. You will need to be registered for internet banking. Please contact us on 1300 13 14 20 or call into one our local branches to get set up.

Q. How do I know if my mobile phone is compatible?^

A. Endeavour Mutual Bank mobile banking and app is an Internet based service. Therefore as long as your device provides Internet access through the use of a basic web browser such as that found on the Apple iPhone or most other smartphones, you should be able to access the Mobile Banking and app without an issue.

Q. How secure is Endeavour Mutual Bank Mobile Banking?^

A. Endeavour Mutual Bank Mobile Banking operates upon the same high standard of security and authentication procedures that are employed for our Internet Banking. No data will be stored on your phone, and in the event that you lose your handset, we can easily disable Online Banking and app access for your account as an added precaution. In addition, your Mobile Banking app will time out automatically after a 2 minute period of inactivity.

Q. Is there a cost involved with using the Mobile Banking service?^

A. No. There are no additional  fees or charges for using our Mobile Banking Service or app. However, please be aware that your service provider may apply charges. To confirm these details, please contact your mobile service provider to enquire about your current data plan.

Q. Can I access the Endeavour Mutual Bank Mobile Banking service or app outside of Australia?^

A. If your smartphone can access the internet outside Australia then you have access to the Endeavour Mutual Bank mobile banking service and app. To find out if you will be charged additional costs for using your phone outside Australia please contact your mobile service provider and ask them about overseas data roaming costs.
