Endeavour Mutual Bank will never ask for your NetCode / Personal Access Code, or account details to be disclosed via a link within an email message. If you receive an email of this nature, please disregard it and contact Endeavour immediately to advise of the existence of the scam. Please also forward a copy of any such email to the bank.

To safeguard your personal information, Endeavour has adopted the following communication practices: 

  • Endeavour will never ask for your Internet Banking login details or credit card details via phone or email.
  • Endeavour will never send you a link to Internet Banking via email.
  • Endeavour will never request that your Internet Banking NetCode be communicated to the bank or its staff in any form.
  • Any changes to the web address or to the Endeavour Bank access sites will only ever be communicated via the authorised Endeavour website or other formal means.
  • Endeavour will always identify external links to third party websites and will make these links explicit so that you can see what you are clicking on.

Furthermore, Endeavour Bank will guarantee compliance with all online communication legislation and relevant codes of practice. In particular, Endeavour will abide by the requirements of the Spam Act 2003 and will ensure that:

  • Endeavour secures your consent to receive any commercial electronic messages (as defined by the Spam Act 2003)
  • Emails from Endeavour will always contain clear and accurate identification of who is responsible for sending the message, and how they can be contacted
  • Emails from Endeavour will contain an unsubscribe facility, allowing you to indicate that such messages should not be sent to you in the future.
